Clevir ensures that you can take advantage of our solutions without any worries. Clevir has a support department at your service.
Annual Support and Maintenance Plans (SMPs) provide you with one year of telephone and email support, general corrective software updates for versions of the software product you initially licensed during the term, and new feature-enhanced future versions of the software product you initially licensed during the term. You can choose from multiple types of support agreements, response times are based on the CET timeframes.
Below is a brief description of the levels of SMP that we offer:
Platform maintenance CLEVIR 365
The portal administrator is responsible for the geographical spread of Azure data centers around the world. This results in a high degree of availability.

The software is placed in 2 data centers per continent and by data center in 3 zones.

Load Balance techniques ensure a proper distribution of workload across multiple machines. If the workload increases considerably, additional machines are automatically used to ensure the speed of the environment is guaranteed.
